Inboxtic connects to your inbox to save you time, not to harvest your data. We store only the minimum information required to summarize and organize your email, skip OTP and other highly sensitive security emails entirely, and give you clear controls to disconnect and delete that data at any time.
We keep senders, subjects, timestamps, and our AI labels and summaries – not a permanent copy of every message.
We automatically detect OTP, 2FA, password reset, and similar security emails and skip them. We don't ingest, process, or store those messages or their codes.
All communication with Inboxtic uses secure connections, and internal access to data is tightly limited, audited, and typically only used for debugging with your explicit permission.
Disconnect your accounts or delete your Inboxtic profile, and we remove your associated data from our systems within a short retention window.
Your data is never sold to advertisers or data brokers. Our business is your subscription, not your information.
Do you read my OTPs or bank emails?
No. We treat OTPs, 2FA codes, password reset, and similar security emails as highly sensitive. Our systems are designed to detect and skip these messages entirely, so we don't ingest, process, or store their contents.
What exactly do you store?
We store the minimum we need to power summaries and search: sender, subject, timestamps, and our AI-generated labels and summaries. We don't keep a permanent copy of your whole inbox unless you explicitly enable a feature that needs it.
Can I disconnect and delete my data?
Yes. You can disconnect your email accounts in one click, which stops all future access. You can also delete your Inboxtic account; we then remove your associated data from our systems within a reasonable retention period.
Do humans at Inboxtic read my emails?
Our systems are automated. Team access to any email-derived data is tightly restricted and logged, and typically only used for debugging with your explicit permission.
